who keeps forgetting what had been discussed in meetings
and spends time doing things that had been decided against
over and over and over again!!???!!!

i dont even mind if she changes her mind and want to revert her decision or whatever
but can at least TELL me why and not take it for granted

but. really... after group discussion
then i go back, then my groupmate says she completed her work
and then she sends it to me

and I'm flabbergasted.
she not paying attention or what??

but she remembers what she wants to remember.. which are basically all the pointless and useless bits... reality becomes warped and she changes her mind and stand so quick, i need a multi-teraflop-capable computer to keep up..

thing is, we can keep minutes of meeting and she can approve them.. then totally behave as if they don't exist..

thing is.. sigh this girl she's actually generally nice
i mean she's a NICE person
but.. she's just really CONFUSED and one gets increasing irritated if
I need to clarify all the decisions made during group discussions to her AGAIN
and its after time spent already on the project.. wasted time too..

ok maybe i'm anal
but the latest incident is that we're designing a sort of education program for the kids
and we've decided to use cartoon graphics becos i think overall design looks better, and the ENTIRE interface i've already done in a rather cartoony feel

and she told me she would source for the other pics.. and when she sent to me
all the other pics....

all... REALISTIC pictures of items..

then include the notes in the project file during submission as part of the process of the project Smile

sigh this is the last project i'm working with her
i've asked her to take notes for every single STEP of what needed to be done on her part becos she's not very IT savvy

but it really didnt occur to me that with the entire interface already designed in a cartoony method, and after we rejected a classmate's offer of realistic photographs of items...

she'd STILL give me realistic pictures.
